Dylan Glazier is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office. He advises banks and other financial institutions on a variety of lending transactions, including subscription credit facilities, and other secured and unsecured lending arrangements. Dylan strives to work closely with his clients to understand their needs and provide creative, specific, and practicable solutions.
