Ed is part of Shoosmiths' national Construction & Engineering team, based in Birmingham.

Ed has experience drafting and negotiating building contracts, consultant appointments, sub-contracts, bonds, guarantees and collateral warranties.

Ed advises a broad range of clients including developers, contractors, Corporate Occupiers and Funders in respect of the design and construction of commercial property and logistic development. 

Prior to joining the team, Ed completed a training contract at Shoosmiths.
