Profile

Associate of the Firm in the tax area based in our Mexico City offices. Focuses on tax planning for both international and national clients. His practice includes corporate reorganizations, investment vehicles, corporate taxation, high-net-worth individuals and estate planning, transfer pricing, charitable organizations, among others. Its clients are involved in different sectors including mining, automobile, pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemicals, manufacturing, transportation, oil & gas, commercial, technological services, among others.

Prior to joining Basham, Ringe y Correa, Mr. Ramos served important firms in the tax area division, where he developed its career mainly in the areas of business and corporate law, tax planning, tax litigation and legal remedies for international and national taxpayers.

Education
Graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) in 2010.
Received an LL.M degree from the Universidad Panamericana (2013).
Holds a diploma in: Finances for non-financials (2016), issued by the Instituto Mexicano de Contabilidad, Administracion y Finanzas (IMECAF) and a diploma in: Accounting for non-accountants, issued by the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) (2015).
