Edward is an associate in Carey Olsen's Jersey office.

He advises private equity fund sponsors throughout the life cycle of their funds, which includes assisting with the formation of private investment funds, co-investment funds, continuation funds and managed accounts, and facilitating the funds' investments in portfolio companies, as well as advising on fund operation and governance matters.

Edward has also advised a wide variety of institutional investors on primary investments, direct and indirect co-investments and secondary transactions. He also has experience in managing a variety of carried interest and co-investment issues.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Edward was an associate in the private funds group at Proskauer Rose's London office, having previously completed his training contract with O'Melveny's London-based funds team.
