He counsels national and foreign companies, as well as on merger, acquisition and corporate reorganization operations, and in administrative procedures due to violations of the stock market regulation.
He participates in bank and syndicated loans granting procedures, and debt restructuring operations.
Efrain has been an international associate at the New York office of Davis, Polk & Wardwell (2013-2014), and associate professor of Commercial law and Company law courses at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (2008-2009).
