Profile
Elisabeth Eklund specializes in competition law and EU law (including public procurement, free movement and state aid), regulatory issues as well as anti-corruption. She has experience of handling all kinds of competition law issues including cartels, vertical agreements, abuse of a dominant position, dawn-raids, compliance isssue and concentrations. She also acts as counsel in competition law litigations in court and arbitration proceedings and in regulatory proceedings. Elisabeth holds trainings in competition law as well as anti-corruption and has set up a number of compliance programs for competition law as well as anti-corruption. Elisabeth has extensive experience from complex issues in a wide range of sectors with particular experience from the life sciences sector and other regulated sectors such as transports, telecom, energy and broadcasting. Elisabeth is a guest lecturer at Stockholm University and often speaks at conferences. She has written a large number of articles, in particular as regards competition law. She is ranked by several ranking institutes for inter alia EU/Competition law and Life Sciences.
