Elta Breen is a senior attorney in Bradley’s Healthcare Practice Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Elta worked for multiple Tennessee state agencies. As an associate counsel for the Tennessee Department of Health, she advised health professional licensing boards, conducted bill analysis for the department, and prosecuted administrative law cases on behalf of the state. As an administrative judge for the Division of TennCare, she presided over Medicaid eligibility appeal hearings. During law school, Elta worked in Boston at a hospital, an electronic medical record company, and a boutique healthcare firm, giving her a broad sense of the healthcare space.
