Significant Accomplishments

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Emily was with Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London where she gained experience in a variety of transactions including private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, GP-led secondary transactions and refinancings. Emily trained and qualified as a solicitor with Slaughter and May.

Emily studied at the University of Bristol and graduated with first class honours in Law with Chemistry.

Emily was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2016 and as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2020.
