Profile
Emphani Aldridge is an associate in Dykema’s Detroit office and a member of the Corporate Finance Group. Ms. Aldridge focuses her practice on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, and securities matters.
While in law school, Ms. Aldridge completed a federal judicial internship for a judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and a corporate counsel internship in the general counsel office of a Fortune 500 company. In her final year, Ms. Aldridge served as a student attorney in the Business and Community Law Clinic which offers free transactional legal services to organizations in Detroit and underserved areas across Michigan that aspire to create social impact and increase equity.
Prior to her legal career, Ms. Aldridge was a college adviser in her hometown of Detroit.
