Profile
Eric Blank helps clients with intellectual property matters in computer and other electronics industries. Particularly, Eric has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications for a variety of semiconductor and electronics technologies. His degree in materials engineering with a focus on semiconductor technologies allows him to communicate clearly and effectively with inventors and decision makers in high-tech environments. Eric’s technical breadth allows him to excel in the prosecution of inventions directed to semiconductor devices and fabrication processes, semiconductor processing equipment, electronics packaging, display systems, integrated circuitry, LED devices, and other electrical device technologies. Eric has experience working with companies of all sizes, including Fortune 100 corporations and start-ups.
Prior to joining Schwabe, Eric was a member of a prominent patent prosecution boutique in the Silicon Valley for four years. Eric also worked as a patent agent while obtaining his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
