Eric focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, with a concentration on patent work. He has drafted patent applications, provisional patent applications, and office action responses. Eric's experience also includes preparing patentability opinions; issuing cease and desist demands and third-party takedown notifications; drafting litigation materials including: subpoenas, subpoena objections, motions, answers, discovery requests, and discovery response. He received his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law.
