Profile
As a member of the firm’s bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights practice group in the Richmond office, Eric counsels clients on a broad range of in-court and out-of-court bankruptcy and insolvency related issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Eric clerked for the Honorable Kevin R. Huennekens, US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He also externed for the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia, the City of Virginia Beach, and for the Honorable Douglas E. Miller in US District Court, Eastern Virginia.
Eric also served as a nuclear reactor operator in the United States Navy and a member of the Puller Veterans Benefits Clinic at William & Mary Law School. Eric continues that service in his pro bono practice by representing veterans in matters related to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
