Erick Antonio Diaz is a distinguished attorney at Buchalter’s Los Angeles office, where he is a key member of the Insolvency & Financial Law and Latin America practice groups. Mr. Diaz brings a wealth of experience in representing secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, debtors, and other key stakeholders in complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters. His practice is characterized by a strategic approach to navigating the intricacies of financial distress situations, ensuring that his clients’ interests are rigorously defended. Before joining Buchalter, Mr. Diaz sharpened his legal skills as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Dolly M. Gee at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, where he gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of federal judicial processes and decision-making.

As the Executive Chair of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Mr. Diaz leads a dynamic team in providing forward-thinking analysis on emerging judicial and statutory developments in bankruptcy law.
