Profile
Ezra focuses on the federal tax aspects of REMICs and asset-backed securitizations.
Ezra’s experience includes the tax evaluation and structuring of REMICs, asset-backed securitizations, and other capital markets transactions. His experience includes advising on structure, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and negotiating tax-related deal terms. He has experience advising REITs, investment banks, private investment funds and other clients on tax considerations with respect to real-estate investments and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, Ezra provided counsel to governmental entities, underwriters, issuers and other clients with respect to tax considerations in credit agreements, structured financial products, capital markets transactions, and merger and acquisition transactions.
