Profile
Faith Maggard (née Jackson) is in the Intellectual Property department, where she focuses on litigation related to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property (IP). Faith is able to assist with your IP litigation matters, as well as related IP issues including trademark and copyright applications, coexistence agreements, cease-and-desist letters, contracts, and other facets of protecting your IP.
Before joining Dinsmore, Faith spent three summers as a law clerk at an AM100 firm, researching issues including music copyrights, pharmaceutical patents, and the contracts between national sports leagues and their member teams. Faith earned her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School, where she was Student Body President and completed her final research paper on how copyright law can be updated to protect the art and stories of marginalized communities.
