Federico Piano, lawyer, works mainly in the Banking and Corporate Department. He has completed a Foreign Exchange Student Program at the University of Minnesota Law School in fall semester of 2006 and attended to a Master Courses in Corporate Law at the University of Montevideo.

His practice includes advising financial institutions in banking transactions in general, project finance, infrastructure projects, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and those related to commercial and corporate law regarding the installation and daily operations of different manufacturing/ services companies, as well as venture capital transactions.
