Felipe is a practicing attorney in Brazil and a member of the Business Transactions team in the Washington, DC Office.
His practice focuses on advising local and foreign clients on various commercial and corporate law issues, as well as cross-border transactions, especially those involving Latin America entities.
In Brazil, Felipe represented both public and private companies in complex cross-border corporate transactions and on matters related to corporate governance, strategic investments and investments in assets located in Brazil. He also assisted financial institutions, multilateral organizations and borrowers in transactions involving capital markets, local and cross-border financings, project finance, securitizations, banking regulation and investment funds and debt restructuring.
