Attorney graduated with honors from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Specialist in Administrative Law from the same University. He holds an LL.M in International Dispute Resolution and Management the the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, Univeristy of Dundee, where he obtanied a Distinction award. As member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency Practice Group Felipe serves as counsel to national and foreign clients in complex litigation before the administrative jurisdiction and national and international Arbitration tribunals.

He has worked in arbitrations conducted under ICC, UNCITRAL and SCC Rules involving infrastructure, energy, mergers and acquisitions, mining, oil and gas disputes. As well, he has served as assistant to arbitral tribunals and currently advises clients in arbitrations under the Rules of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce, particularly in disputes concerning State contracts, and has acted in disputes before domestic courts involving the recognition and enforcement of foreign and domestic arbitral awards. He advices national and foreign companies and State entities on issues concerning administrative litigation, governmental channels, constitutional actions and administrative proceedings.
