Mr. Ye focuses his practice on dispute resolution matters and is experienced in dealing with commercial litigation and commercial arbitration cases. Mr. Ye has been engaged as the leading litigator in a large number of complex litigations and arbitration cases in connection with bank loans, PE funds, real estate developments, construction engineering, trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, advertising and media, corporate control, equity investments, international trade, esports games, and auction and pawning. With extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, Mr. Ye provides clients with professional, efficient dispute settlement solutions and legal services through in-depth analysis and an accurate grasp of case issues. Mr. Ye was recognized among the Top 15 China Litigators by Asian Legal Business in 2015.

Mr. Ye has been serving as a long-term legal counsel and has been providing legal services to different governmental authorities and is familiar with governmental legal affairs. He has studied in-depth the rural collective economic system and has extensive practice experience in the operation and management of collective property. Mr. Ye also provides long-term legal services for a number of well-known Chinese and foreign companies and institutions, including but not limited to: China Literature Limited, WPP Group, China CITIC Bank, Watts Group (US), BE Education, and Jinghuan Group. In addition, Mr. Ye maintains long-term cooperations with international law firms in the United States and Europe.
