Francesco Bruno is primarily focused on private and public M&A transactions - in particular in public and private mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures - as well as construction, development, acquisition and sale of power plants, malls, and yachts.

Before joining the firm in 2009, he worked in the corporate/M&A department of two leading Italian law firms.

He graduated  in Law “magna cum laude” in 2002 from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome and then obtained a two-year contract for research in international law from the same university.

He is a member of the Italian Bar.

He speaks Italian and English.
