Senior associate in the Intellectual Property Department of the firm since 2016
Francisco has extensive experience in trademark procedures and other Intellectual Property rights before the Trademark Department of the Intellectual Property Registry of El Salvador. Additionally, he has advised clients in the area of unfair competition, protecting trademark rights affected by piracy through the filing of border measures, and judicial cancellation and nullification of trademarks.
Francisco has been a legal advisor to national and international companies dedicated to the import of food, cosmetics and agrochemicals, supporting these companies in the process of introducing products to the market.
Likewise, he has extensive experience in the corporate area, in business consultancies in the commercial, tax and legislation areas such as the Consumer Protection Law.
Francisco has a degree in Legal Sciences, an Attorney and an Authorized Notary of the Republic of El Salvador, and has a Master of Business Law (Cum Laude). Additionally, he is a member of the Salvadoran Intellectual Property Association (ASPI).rf
