Francisco brings more than 20 years of international commercial and investment arbitration experience to Dinsmore having worked throughout Latin America, Europe, the United Kingdom, as well as North and West Africa. A native of Mexico, who spent two decades practicing international arbitration in Paris, Francisco is fully trilingual in English, Spanish and French. He also has a strong command of the Portuguese and Italian languages. A bar admission in Mexico gives Francisco the ability to represent clients throughout that entire country. Francisco’s international experience will strongly complement the practices of Washington D.C.-based partner Ivan W. Bilaniuk, who heads Dinsmore’s international dispute resolution practice, as well as its international trade and regulatory compliance practice.
