Frédéric Sardain leads the Intellectual Property & Technology practice group.

He advises French or international clients for complex digital projects (e-commerce, data protection, IT agreements, e-signature, cyber-security, platforms, etc.).

He also has extensive experience in transactional IP (mergers, acquisitions, joint-ventures, partnerships) and in strategic litigation related to intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyright).

Frédéric is the co-author, with Professor Philippe Gaudrat, of the first “Treatise on Digital Civil Law” (Larcier, 2015) He is a lecturer at the Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II).

His peers have recognized him among the “Best Lawyers in France” in Intellectual Property (Best Lawyers / Les Echos, 2017).
