Profile

Garrett is an environmental associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. He provides solutions to clients facing complex regulatory, litigation, and enforcement challenges under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Administrative Procedure Act, and other similar statutes. Based on his experience in public service and private practice, Garrett is particularly well-versed in challenging agency actions that affect the oil, gas, and chemical industries.
