Profile
George A. LoBiondo is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation department, where he represents clients in complex commercial disputes, and matters adverse to government entities.
Mr. LoBiondo has extensive experience litigating and arbitrating contract-based disputes, including those arising out of licensing arrangements, distribution agreements, equity investments, collaboration/joint development agreements, and asset purchase agreements. He also has significant antitrust experience, and regularly represents entities asserting tortious interference, defamation, Lanham Act claims, and related business torts.
Prior to joining Patterson Belknap, Mr. LoBiondo served as a law clerk to the Hon. John F. Keenan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
