Georgitte Paulse is an Executive at ENS | Namibia. She specialises in dispute resolution specifically contractual and commercial litigation, administrative law, immigration disputes, general debt collection, general civil litigation, labour litigation as well as criminal litigation. 

Georgitte has represented various clients across an array of industries in the private and corporate sectors in the various courts across Namibia and before tribunals. Her client base includes banks and financial institutions as well as advising clients on labour matters in various sectors.

Earlier in her career, Georgitte served as a Senior Public Prosecutor and a Development Planner for Legislation in the Ministry of Gender Equality and Child Welfare, wherein she gained extensive experience in trial litigation, administrative and management functions and family law.

Georgitte represent clients in the Courts of Namibia, or before tribunals and any legally established platform and provides legal advice to clients in both private and corporate sectors. She advises clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations. Georgitte studies the Constitution, statutes, decisions, regulations, and ordinances of quasi-judicial bodies to determine ramifications for cases and researches relevant legal materials to aid decision-making. In addition, Georgitte prepares legal briefs and opinions, negotiate settlements of civil disputes, confers with colleagues with specialties in appropriate areas of legal issues to establish and verify bases for legal proceedings.
