Gianluca Ghersini specialises in M&A, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions, with a particular focus and expertise in private equity. He is also highly experienced in Joint Ventures and international contracts.

In recent years Gianluca has been involved in several exciting and ground breaking cases/transactions. 

Having worked as a seconded visiting lawyer in London and as a lecturer in a private masters programme on M&A and Corporate Law, Gianluca has been with the firm since 1992. .  Now co-head of the Private Equity Sector of the firm, he is currently a member of its M&A Steering Committee. He has written several articles on M&A and corporate law issues.

He is a member of the Italian Bar, IBA , British-Italian Law Association and Anglo-Italian Business Association.

He speaks Italian, English and French.
