Giovanna Mazzini is experienced in assisting with the prosecution of domestic and international trademark applications. She is skilled at prioritizing and managing diverse intellectual property (IP) portfolios, handling trademark knockout searches, prosecution, enforcement and brand protection for large portfolios with strict deadlines. • Prepares and files various applications, assignments, maintenance documents and office actions with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including applications and extensions of protection via the Madrid Protocol.
• Conducts due diligence investigations and reviews trademark and ownership searches.
• Prepares instructions for foreign filings and requests fees related to international trademark applications.
