My team and I have represented insurers, corporates, SMEs and NFPs, and their directors and officers, in South Australian and Commonwealth courts and tribunals in all manner of civil and commercial disputes and disciplinary proceedings, including representative actions (i.e. class actions) following catastrophic fires and design failures, significant construction disputes, claims against financial professionals involving large and complex financial transactions, as well as disciplinary matters against lawyers, architects, accountants, financiers and health professionals.
