Profile
Greg practices in the areas of securities law, mergers and acquisitions and alternative lending and serves as the co-chair of the New York Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group of Haynes and Boone. Greg represents hedge funds, direct lenders, public companies and underwriters in connection with private investments in public equity (PIPEs), registered direct offerings, underwritten offerings, business combinations, venture debt and other alternative lending transactions. A go-to transactional lawyer, clients trust Greg with some of their most important and challenging deals. With experience representing both issuers and investors, Greg understands deals from the perspective of each party, making him a skilled and effective negotiator. A savvy adviser, Greg also provides his clients with keen insight on the business aspects of transactions.
