Gregg’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including representation of private equity funds, industry participants and family-owned businesses in acquisitions and dispositions. In addition, Gregg represents clients with respect to governance and compliance issues, in joint venture structuring and negotiation, on material contract negotiations and in general business and finance matters.

    • Represented a global private equity firm in $200 million acquisition of publicly traded NASDAQ restaurant corporation.
    • Represented NYSE corporation in connection with $300 million acquisition of subsidiary of a publicly held corporation.
    • Represented a global private equity firm in $750 million acquisition of subsidiary of a publicly held corporation.
    • Represented a global private equity firm in disposition of previously acquired restaurant company.
    • Represented numerous private companies in acquisition and disposition transactions ranging from $25 - $150 million in numerous industries, including software, technology, manufacturing, consumer products and consumer finance.
