Greg is a Partner in the firm with a wide-ranging practice that includes representation of business clients in commercial and tort litigation.

He has extensive experience in assisting clients in evaluating current and contingent liabilities arising from mergers and acquisitions, and in identifying assets or operations with potential liabilities. Greg also has experience handling employment litigation matters involving Title VII, wrongful termination and breach of employment contracts. He has received an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

• Counsel to board of directors regarding issues of potential insolvency and related fiduciary duties arising from prospective corporate reorganization
• Representation of large and small general contractors and facility owners in various construction-related litigation matters
• Representation of creditor in major bankruptcy adversary proceeding
• Representation of oil and gas clients in litigation and arbitrations arising from contract disputes and pipeline ruptures
