Guido Reggiani has gained a significant experience on infrastructure regulation, energy and administrative law, providing judicial and extra-judicial assistance to domestic and international companies in the field of renewable and traditional energy, contract work, services and supplies and project financing. He has taken part in the most important infrastructure development project in the sector.

Education
After graduating in Law from the University of Milan - Bicocca, in 2006, he obtained a Masters in Administrative Laws and Lawsuit in 2008. Guido also attended the international “Academy of American and International Law” programme (Plano, Texas) in 2014.

Significant Accomplishments
Guido holds prestigious positions within the sector. Among which, he is: member of the “Administrative Justice Commission” of the Italian Bar (Milan Section) since 2016; member of the Board of Directors of “Società Lombarda Avvocati Amministrativisti” since 2018; legal advisor of “The Italian Data Protection Authority” for regulatory review and member of the “Experts Committee” for the appointment of the members of the board of directors of Investee companies since 2021.

During his career, he received a number of important accolades, in particular ”Lawyer of the Year - Administrative Law” at the Legalcommunity Forty Under 40 Awards 2021.


Professional Activities and Experience
Prior to joining Gianni & Origoni in 2008, he gained experience working in a leading law firm specialised in administrative law.

Guido is author of several publications in the field of administrative law and participates as lecturer in several training courses.
