Mr. Chen has been working in the legal profession since 2008. He specializes in the areas of family law, private wealth management and foreign direct investment. Mr. Chen has extensive experience in premarital agreements, divorces, family wealth management, family or clan wealth intergenerational inheritance and family property (such as family business equity rights) settlements. From 2008 to July 2009 Mr. Chen worked as an associate attorney in the Rome Office of an Italian firm, Chiomenti Studio Legale, where he focused on Chinese investment in Italy and Italian investment in China. Between Oct 2009 and July 2012, he worked as a Senior Consultant in the Beijing office of Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, where he focused his practice on legal and tax services as well as foreign direct investment. Mr. Chen is knowledgeable on and has extensive experience in the luxury goods, automobile and food industries.

Education
Mr. Chen received an LL.B. Degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2002 and an LL.M. Degree in 2005. He also received a Ph.D in law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2008.
