Hank Brier represents clients in corporate law matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions, financings, investments, investment fund formation, governance, compliance, regulatory requirements, indemnification, and more. He is experienced at drafting and negotiating stock purchase agreements, charters, investor rights agreements, regulatory filings, partnership agreements, operating agreements, and side letters.

All of Hank's corporate work is influenced by his experience representing clients in disputes arising from transactions and litigation involving various matters, including general commercial matters and intellectual property disputes.

His previous experience as a General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for an investment firm guides all of his client interactions, bringing excellent business savvy, negotiation, analysis, and research skills to all matters.

In addition, Hank also has experience interacting with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and several other government agencies.
