Mr. Hu's main practice areas cover venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, offshore initial public offerings, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters. Mr. Hu has broad experience in industries such as telecommunications, the Internet, new energy vehicles, and clean energy. Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Hu practiced law at DaHui Lawyers.

Mr. Hu graduated with an LL.B. from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2011, and then obtained his LL.M. from Fudan University Law School in 2014.
