Harley is an associate in Carey Olsen's dispute resolution and litigation practice in Jersey. 

He has experience assisting with a wide range of trust, commercial and regulatory disputes including shareholder and director disputes, commercial litigation, contentious trust issues and banking and finance litigation.

Harley is fluent in French and German and is a member of the Deutsch-Australisch-Pazifische Juristenvereinigung (German-Australian-Pacific Lawyers Association).

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2023, Harley was employed as an associate at a leading commercial litigation boutique firm in Sydney. 

Harley was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in March 2020 (non-practising).

Harley studied music and law at Sydney University and completed a law exchange semester at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne where he studied international commercial law and French legal methodology in the French language.
