Has is involved in all stages pertinent to patent applications including patent preparation, drafting, and prosecution. In addition, Has is experienced with conducting infringement analysis, patentability searches, and drafting appeal briefs. He has experience working in partnership with law schools and human rights organizations to supervise students from California's top law firms as they provide legal advocacy for refugees and displaced people as well as personally advocating for victims of sexual trafficking.
