Heidi advises clients on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on international transactions.

Heidi assists multinational corporations with mergers, acquisitions, international and cross-border transactions and corporate restructurings and set up of new offices or companies. She also has experience in project finance transactions in the energy sector and assists in the preparation of commercial contracts as well as with general corporate and commercial litigation and advice.

She represents a wide range of clients including financial service providers and banks, investment funds, non-profit and advocacy organisations, and companies in the retail, chemical and medical sector.

In the last few years,  Heidi has gained significant experience in setting up international structures for non-profit organisations. She is also engaged in pro bono work and assists in advising entrepreneurs with regard to micro-credit projects in developing countries.

Prior to joining Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, she worked at the corporate mergers and acquisitions department of an international law firm.
