Holly is a corporate lawyer with a particular focus on private equity and private M&A transactions. Holly works with private equity clients, corporate clients and management teams on their investments, acquisition and disposals and provides general corporate advice.  Holly is a trusted adviser on both international and domestic transactions in a breadth of sectors including pharma, healthcare and technology. 

Recent experience includes advising:

• BGF on its investment into Bambino Mio.
• Five Arrows on its acquisition of a majority stake in Mintec. 
• Five Arrows on its acquisition of Sygnature Discovery.
• Downing LLP on a number of acquisitions and disposals of care home portfolios.
