Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Wang was as an associate with Tian Yuan Law Firm. Mr. Wang mainly focuses on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate matters and assists clients from various industries in legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, negotiations, and PRC legal opinions.
