Associate
Hugo is a member of Lavery's Litigation and Dispute Resolution group and focuses his practice mainly on banking, civil and commercial litigation, restructuring, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency.
He acts on behalf of financial institutions and mortgage lenders, in particular.
Before joining Lavery, he also practised in civil litigation and commercial law, in addition to representing commercial lessors in various types of cases.
