During the past 12 years of her professional career, Ieva represented and advised on complex financial transactions, regulatory and capital markets related issues, many banking and financial institutions, insurance companies, trading companies, inter alia EBRD, EIB, Lietuvos Energija (incl. green bonds issue), Maxima GrupÄ— (incl. first bond issue), Vilniaus prekyba, Lithuanian Airports. She has significant experience in managing pan-Baltic legal projects and is noted for solving legal issues with international institutions. As a finance law expert, she is commended for excellent negotiation and analytical skills when representing clients in financing negotiations.
