Ilan Borochov is a litigation associate in Bradley’s Dallas office. His experience includes handling environmental and toxic tort matters, as well as multimillion-dollar complex federal negligence actions involving multiple parties and jurisdictions. Ilan also handles contract disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as multi-district litigations. Prior to joining Bradley, Ilan represented multiple Fortune 500 companies in products liability, toxic tort actions, and insurance coverage disputes.

During law school, Ilan was a student attorney at Georgetown University Law Center’s clinic “Law Students in Court.” As a student attorney, he successfully represented tenants in housing court by securing favorable settlements at mediations, as well as obtaining outright dismissals through motions practice. Additionally, he successfully secured victories at the appellate level, when working for the Queens District Attorney’s Office, Appellate Division.
