He has extensive experience in alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), legal project management (LPM), law firm financial management, and complex financial analysis.  He holds accreditations in pricing and legal project management, and has served as a speaker and faculty at various industry events.  He participates with firm management in developing, executing and achieving long-term, firmwide strategic goals and operational objectives.

Mitch joined the firm in 1994 and has held various leadership positions on the Finance team including senior client accounting manager.
