Jack is part of Shoosmiths' national Construction & Engineering team, based in London.

Jack has experience drafting and negotiating building contracts, consultant appointments, sub-contracts, bonds, guarantees and collateral warranties. Jack also has experience dealing with construction disputes.

Jack has advised and continues to advise a broad range of clients including developers, higher education providers, housing associations and local authorities in respect of the design and construction of commercial property, residential property, and education sector developments.  

Prior to joining Shoosmiths, Jack trained at, and qualified with, a regional law firm in Oxford with a Construction practice ranked in the top tier in the South East (excluding London).
