Profile

Jaclyn focuses her practice on environmental, energy, natural resources, and sustainability related matters.

Jaclyn advises clients in matters arising under federal and state environmental laws, including enforcement actions under the Clean Water Act (CWA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). She assists clients in navigating the regulatory process and federal environmental permitting, using her prior experience with environmental non-profits and government agencies to distill and clearly communicate complex legal information.

Jaclyn is also experienced with corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) regulations and supports the firm’s climate and sustainability-focused work for multinational clients with global supply chains.

Prior to joining the firm, Jaclyn held positions with the US Department of Energy, where she assisted attorneys and clients on a wide range of energy delivery and resilience issues, including matters regarding cybersecurity, energy security, and emergency response.

During law school, Jaclyn supported the energy justice team at the Center for Biological Diversity and the Georgetown Environmental Law & Justice Clinic, where she advised an environmental non-profit client on PFAS regulation and advocacy options.
