Jacob Hanson is an associate in the Litigation and Banking & Financial Services Practice Groups. Jacob’s practice focuses primarily on defending private and governmental entities in Section 1983 and medical malpractice actions, while also defending businesses in federal and Florida courts from consumer protection lawsuits, non-compete actions, FLSA actions, health insurance disputes, product liability actions, and other civil litigation. Jacob also has experience defending clients in insurance actions throughout Florida. His experience defending businesses in federal and Florida courts allows him to advise his clients of their legal options while also considering the business ramifications of those options.

Prior to joining Bradley, Jacob served as a law clerk to the Hon. James S. Moody, Jr., on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
