Jaina is currently an associate in our property department where she practices in the areas of conveyancing, probate and the administration of estates, secured lending, land title proceedings and the restoration of title. She joined the firm in 2012 having been called to the Bar in Barbados that same year.

Jaina graduated from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, with an LL.B (Hons.) in 2010. After completing her internship with the firm in 2011, she obtained her legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad & Tobago in 2012, where she graduated on the Principal’s Roll of Honour.

While at Hugh Wooding, she participated in the corporate law clinic conducted at the Trinidadian law firm of Fitzwilliam Stone Furness-Smith and Morgan.
