Profile
Jamie’s practice focuses on the regulation of energy and public utilities, including electric, natural gas, and water and sewer companies.
He represents clients in regulatory proceedings involving public utility rates and tariffs, certification of generation and transmission facilities, utility mergers and acquisitions, affiliate transactions, integrated resource plans, and other matters.
In addition to his work in the energy sector, Jamie has experience representing telecommunications companies in state regulatory matters, including applications for authority to provide telecommunications services, applications for approval of corporate transactions, and compliance and reporting requirements.
